We are a start up, performance-driven marketing agency focused on helping local businesses grow through smarter digital strategies. We specialize in driving real-world results — store visits, bookings, and phone calls — for brick-and-mortar establishments with a focus on incremental growth. We also support a select group of e-commerce clients looking to scale with efficient paid media. 

The Role 

We are seeking an experienced and talented Art Director to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the artistic direction of our marketing campaigns, ensuring that all visual elements are consistent with our client’s brand guidelines and effectively communicate our messaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, be able to manage and mentor a team of designers and be able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged. You should be curious, resourceful, and ready to take full ownership of your work from day one.


What You’ll Do 

Lead the artistic direction of our marketing campaigns, ensuring that all visual elements are consistent with our brand guidelines

  • Collaborate with the creative team, marketing team, and external partners to develop creative concepts and ideas for campaigns

  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality design work

  • Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and clients

  • Oversee the production process, ensuring that design work is completed on time and within budget

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and advertising

Who You Are 

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on art direction and branding

  • Excellent design skills and a strong portfolio showcasing design work across a variety of media channels

  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure

  • Experience in advertising or marketing is a plus
