We are a start up, performance-driven marketing agency focused on helping local businesses grow through smarter digital strategies. We specialize in driving real-world results — store visits, bookings, and phone calls — for brick-and-mortar establishments with a focus on incremental growth. We also support a select group of e-commerce clients looking to scale with efficient paid media.
The Role
We’re on the hunt for a versatile Copywriter who can write sharp headlines, scroll-stopping social copy, and smart scripts—and knows how to adapt tone and style across channels and brands. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop concepts, messaging, and campaigns that punch above their weight.
You should be fast, collaborative, and comfortable going from brainstorm to first draft to final polish, often all in the same day.
What You’ll Do
Develop original concepts and compelling copy for campaigns, ads, digital content, video, websites, email, and social media
Write with clarity, personality, and purpose across different voices and formats
Collaborate with designers, strategists, and media teammates to bring ideas to life
Interpret briefs and client feedback quickly and with confidence
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative presentations
Juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Help build and evolve brand voices and messaging frameworks
Who You Are
2–5 years of copywriting experience at an agency, in-house team, or freelance
A strong portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, smart storytelling, and craft
Clear, concise, and confident writing style (bonus if you can flex tone easily)
Able to think big and execute small—you're just as good at taglines as you are at writing social posts or landing pages
Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
Sharp attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Bonus Points For
Experience with brand messaging or naming
Scriptwriting for video, radio, or podcasts
Familiarity with performance marketing or conversion-driven copy
Understanding of content strategy, SEO, or UX writing
